Executing a long-term sustainable business means executing an inside-out value strategy. As Richard Branson once said, “take care of your employees and they will take care of your customers”. The corporate culture defines the “personality” of the company and creates the functional and psychological working conditions throughout a set of norms, values, assumptions, beliefs, ways of acting, thinking and feeling in which their employees fulfill their job duties.Ī “ wellbeing culture” is critical to maintaining the long-term sustainability and viability of the company. Within this framework or context, which we call culture, the company performs its business function.

Any business is, at its core, a human context of relationships and conversations united for a common (business) purpose.
